A note from Dr. Tabbara

“For me, food is fundamental to health—it fuels the body, nourishes the mind, and connects us to others. It’s essential that what we eat contributes to wellness rather than detracts from it. Equally important are breath and nervous system regulation, and maintaining vitality through balanced hormones. Seattle BioBalance was created to help people feel well, whole, and empowered to live their best lives, using simple, regenerative, and evidence-based methods.”
